Bilik‚ an American tourist‚ was heading to Singha Durbar‚ which somebody told her housed "Ministry of Foreign Affairs"‚ in order ask the top officials to extend her visa without any fee‚ as suggested by the people at Immigration Department and Tourist Information Centre‚ for she could not leave Kathmandu due to the general strike imposed by NEFIN‚ on Sunday‚ May 20‚ 2012.
