KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Uttam Lama, 25, of Panchkhal Kerabari Municipality-1, Kavre, with a hand-made pistol on Friday.
Locals thrashed him black and blue for threatening Sudar Sapkota, 32, at pistol point on Friday evening and handed him over to the police. Injured Lama is undergoing treatment at Alka Hospital.
Further investigation into the incident is underway.
