We have experienced lots of trouble from street dogs on the roads. There have been instances when they form a gang and attack other dogs, even people. Question

Most of the people are jobholders slogging and trying their best to help the company run profit. Some work overtime also in order to earn a proper living. However what one requires in work is a proper positive environment and appreciation to the work done in the absence of which, everything can go haywire. Do you think these things are a must? How feasible is it in today’s working context?
