Success, money and fame are almost those things that fulfills one of his or her esteem and self actualization needs.to be proud of it is natural, but there is a vast runway between pride and vanity. in my opinion, to be boastful of ones little success is vain. instead if one strengthens his own abilities with his former success,it gives him capabilities to perform and succeed in future. boastfulness and arrogance are never admired. the greatest achievement is to be loved and respected, be it out loud or silent.

The most important thing one should understand is we are standing in a circle. The vertical ladder of success is merely a illusion of human eye. This might seem philosophical but its true. When somebody understands this fact, that's humility for me.The ignorant and self righteous people(who are plenty in this world) fail to understand and hence the arrogance. But, the person who transcends from these trivial things goes to become a great person. So, humility is very important human trait, not only for self satisfaction of an individual himself but also for a establishment of a beautiful society. These arrogant people are all about show off and the only way to deal with them is not to deal with them at all , just ignore them.

For me, humility, it is the joy of knowing whatever you do, it is only part of the greater good and it is what that shapes your character.Everyone has a different take on success. Some think it’s money. For others, it is valuable life experiences that have taught them strong life lessons. Howerver, being successful doesnot mean s/he is doing everything right but infact it is success which can carry away person's "consciousness" and rather make s/he more arrogant. I am sure we all have encountered such "arrogant" person and certainly you must have happily tried to ignore.(be it your boss!). Actually, such arrogancy can only develop in a person when s/he is immature enough to judge "happiness" and "success" as same but accept the fact that it is happiness at work which leads to success! So I think such person should be given a chance to retreat themselves or else you can take your chances for counseling and guiding the person but better bear in mind that s/he can drag you to his/her level and beat you with an experience!

Everyone in this world dream and desire to achieve success in their life. Desire to achieve success is first step and converting those dream into reality is next step. During this course of time some become successful but some become unsuccessful. There some people who puff their chest even after a small success. We call such people arrogant. Arrogant people are selfish in nature. They always want their development and progress. They don't even think about society. It does not matter what type of success we get but it matters how we deal after succeeding. Humility plays prominent role in one's life. We gloat when we get success along we that we have to be respectful. Being modest helps to create positive impression in the society. It is very difficult to deal with the arrogant person. I would describe the disadvantages of arrogance and its impression in the society. Finally I would teach him important lesson about humility and respectful.

Humility and Pride are two contrasting domains. I think feeling proud of oneself is a mental disorder which we generally see in many people in our society. People think that they need to put someone else down to feel good about themselves. Pride, ego , negative attitudes are the villains of our life which always deprive us from getting success. There is a beautiful saying “when the branches are full of fruits, they bow down”( phaleko haanga kaha jhukeko chaina ra”. This quote reflects the real meaning of humility. The word humility comes from “humus” which means soil, earth and the quality of being grounded. It is the result of wisdom. In order to achieve anything in our life, we need to be humble. It is the key to happiness and satisfaction. One needs to realize that there will always be someone better at what we do or someone who knows more than we do. So there is no point in puffing up ones chests after a small success. Its very hard to deal with pridful person andI think wisdom, knowledge, exposure to outer world, experiences can play vital role in chaning their proudiness.

Everyone in this era are hunger of success.Everybody want to achieve success and to be a renowned person. When a person achieves success after hard struggle,he/she boasts about it.It is also his/her right to boast about it but not to be arrogant about it.However, there are so many persons in our society who boast a lot even after a small success achieved through less struggle. They leave others behind and begin to move in their own way. They forget humility and they think that they are superiors and others are inferiors and they also think that they have won the world. But they forget that the world is not small as like their thought.Due to such types of people, many conflict and disputes may arise in our society. So,humility is very important in their life to overcome from the problems. In other hand,it is very difficult to deal with such persons. They do not want to listen our opinions and they expect us to respect their ego, proud and high level status. But if we ignore their ego, proud and high status, they automatically come back to earth and hence they know the importance of humility in human life.

Humility is very important in everyone’s life. It makes us realise equality among other people. Furthermore, modesty helps to create love, respect, and harmony in a society. Peace and harmony is an integral part of any civilised society. In contrast, lack of humility make persons arrogant which is not pleasant for anyone in the society. Arrogant persons tend to think they are superior, as a result they expect lot respect from all other people. This behaviour will offend other people of the society. The offended people might quarrel verbally and physically also. Moreover, arrogant behaviour isolates persons from the society. So being arrogant is damaging to the arrogant person as well as the society where they live. As far as dealing with egoist persons is concerned, firstly I would suggest them to think that they are like other people of the society. Everyone has got their own different talents, they not superior persons in the society. If the suggestion does work, (normally an egoist person does not take others recommendations) in that case, I will try not to keep relation with those persons. I think if those persons feel isolated, then they will realise mistakes. I do not have any problem keeping relation with them if they realise their mistake.

Every successful person have their right to boast over their success as it enliven their life. But the success last longer if it is shared and would not change the person behavior. It is well said "the person down to earth are only always respected". It's very hard to deal with the person showing tantrum even after a small success and expect other to bow down to them. However, for such person if every other person stop giving priority they will definitely come back to earth. So if every person remember to respect the success and behavior of people rather than their ego, high post, tantrum and their tycoon status then only such problems come to end. --Nikki Gupta -Mahabirasthan.Birgunj

Achievement with hard labour is something that is boasted by all. This kind of achiever does not become arrogant. They try to generalize their achievement to others so that it could benefit others too. But the achievement which is gained at once without any hard labour makes the achiever arrogant. They never see others as their equal partner. They try to impose their thoughts on others. They do not take care of other's sentiments. Humility on them just disappears. This sort of tendency makes class division in the society. Then begins conflicts between the classes. Taking care of others interest is also one kind of Humility. If this sort of characteristics is implanted in our children and family members, conflict would never arise in the country. So, feeling of humility in once life is the first step to bring peace in the society.

Feeling proud of what one has achieved is certainly a good thing, but being arrogant about it is not so pleasant. However, there are many who forget humility and puff up their chests even after a small success and expect others to bow down to them. How important do you think is humility in one’s life? How would you deal with such a person?
