In most of the places the experience is searched. it is not really important because everyone needs a first chance. if all the good places ask for experiences then the people will never be able to start their career. The companies must see how the employees work by giving them the opportunity and must select the best candidate by identifying their skills in their own way.

It is not wrong for the employers to seek for experienced people.Experienced people are capable of performing their job well. But they should remember that experience is gained only after working. When young and talented people with the required qualification are applying for the job then the employers should give them a chance. If they are rejected on the basis that they are not experienced then they will never get the chance of gaining experince. It is all the matter of time. Freshers can work as potentially as the experienced ones if they are give chance. So I think that experience can be gotten as you work.

Well, experience does counts in delivering the job effectively as the experienced person has really came across most of the hurdles that can be encountered during the job and their consequences. Moreover, they know the way to cope up the situation and proper actions to be executed. So, it’s the reason all the organization are hiring an experienced human resources no matter what may be the remuneration they demand as the person with experience can really make a difference and can be an asset to an organization ,which the organization cannot gain from the inexperienced people. But on the other hand side, if all the organization look for experienced ones then what about the young enthusiastic person who had a good academic qualification who want to do something creative from their inner heart. Until and unless the newcomers are not given chance how can we expect experiences in them as they haven’t been given the opportunity. Furthermore, the young person’s do really have instinct which they want to give to the society so they really work hard as they have to prove their potential in this competitive world. If the new comers’ are given opportunity to work they can also gain experience after some duration. So, there can be a good coordination between experienced person along with the enthusiastic academically sound person, both of them can work out together and can really give a good result. The experienced should give a proper guidance and suggestion and equally important is the newcomers who should have tendency to learn. If this happens there is no doubt that the organization really succeeds.

According to my thinking, qualification of a candidate is just for a formality but main things are experience and knowledge about the particular job. They are the most crucial for the job. People can obtain qualification by cheating also but they cannot get experience by cheating. Experience is the practical qualification which can neither be cheated nor stolen from others. Experienced person is the one who can carry out the assigned work in efficient and effective manner. So, I think experience is very important for the job.

In my opinion, its not always about the experience or the qualification. Sure it does matter, but it doesn't mean only experienced and qualified person can bring about productive results. The most important criteria I think is personality.

I BELIEVE THAT EXPERIENCE IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE WORK. UNTIL AND UNLESS ONE IS NOT GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AND EXPERIENCE IT THROUGH PRACTICE, THE PERSON CANNOT GAIN EXPERIENCE.SPEAKING ABOUT THE PRESENT CONTEX OF NEPAL, EXPERIENCE MATTERS ALOT. AT EVERY DOORSTEP OF THE ORGANIZATION WHERE YOU GO TO APPLY FOR THE JOB, THE FIRST REQUIREMENT IS THE EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE IN YOUR RESUME. BUT THEY SHOULD ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT EXPERIENCE CANNOT BE GAINED WITHOUT PERFORMANCE. THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM SO THAT THEY CAN PROVE THEMSELVES.THIS TREND MIGHT BE ONE OF THE REASON FOR OUR COUNTRY NEPAL FOR ALWAYS BEING BACKWARD AND UNDEVELOPED.

"Knowledge" comes from getting educated. "Experience" comes from real life encounters. There is an famous saying that says. "Experience is better than knowledge!" and "Experience is the Best Education In Life." A person is NOT QUALIFIED to do anything if he NEITHER has the experience NOR the knowledge to do anything. Therefore, one has to have the "knowledge" first to be able to "experience" something" in order to be "qualified" to face any tasks. The terms QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE sound something close in meaning but its meaning in the today's world has been a matter of great deal.People today are qualified with a lot of qualification degrees in hand but lack the experiences.experience gives a person the confidence to build up the his job while qualification mainly deals with the way of working. qualification holds the theoretical world while experiencing holds the practical world. people today wants their businesses to be secure and competitive. experienced person to their business mean the key of ideas that can be implemented easily.workplace experience is what really matter. Therefore, one has to have the "knowledge" first to be able to "experience" something" in order to be "qualified" to face any tasks.rs. bookish knowledge wont help to get yourself updated and to survive in the cut throat competiton you need to know the environment which can be done by proper workplace experience but for the newcomers their first chance has always been risk for the business holder. they don't want to risk their business by employing the new fresh faces lacking experiences. they seek positive result from their employee for company benefits.taking the example, for a school seeking teacher experienced are searched along with the qualification . they believe that only the experienced one can teache well to the students. they do believe that children are cared well by experienced one,so qualified are given comparatively less favor.but it must be clear that time runs with changes. so new comers might come with new ideas and great changes that in most cases are beneficial to the company. so for a candidate to be chosen only experiences is not every thing along with experience qualification should be most. Experience can improve your Knowledge. Qualification can be used to acquire Experience. So finally all factors are important Knowledge (Very Important) Experience (Important) Qualification (Less Important). and experiences can be achieved slowly so new commers mus b given first priority depend upon what type of qualification he have go..

The given question actually matched with me,the same things happened to me.whenever i tried for the job i got rejected, even if my educational qualification is not that bad.ME,a fresh young and a talented gurl, who is jst planning to be independent and stand out for me myself always fight with this things. The first and the foremost question i faced in my interveiw is-u don have work experiance????OMG wat actually is experiance???This things sometimes make me hopeless..yeah,m nt telling that exeperiane is necessary,i knw it is the plus point and an experianced candidate can be an assets for the respective organization..But common let us think as a fresh candidate"how can we get an experiance if we r nt allowed to do any work if no any oranization trust us and give chance to experiance"Why don't anyone understand that experiance can b done if any one truely allow it?? Do every one had experianced everything in their mothers womb??Do they knw abt evry work without doin it?Ican gurantee that a fresh candidates are even more beterr then the experianced one,we have fresh idea,we may follow fresh tradition or technigue, new method to perfom work even in worst circumstances. So i don,t think experiance is that much necessaryy..So some chances should be given to fresh candidates as well so.

There's a saying education is for children and experience is for adults. But somehow i feel that learning is as important as practice. Learning and gaining knowledge is a never ending process. Qualification is one of the main criteria for getting a job. And the requirement varies with each profession and career. Some strictly look out for experienced candidates. Except the post which is for a highly qualified individual, the others should take both talent and edification into consideration. There's always a first time and many things can be learnt with time. Since no one is born experienced the individual using his theoritical skill into practicalities helps to become experienced. And by the end one needs to specialize in a sector, therby diversifying into studies is not worth. It all depends upon each person on what his ultimate aim in life is. The most important part is to love and enjoy what you are doing and make your hobby your passion as there is a famous proverb saying: " All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" - Shikha Bahety

In a competitive market an organization or a company they all wants to become in a good position. Because of that they want to hire very experienced employee. But always this doesn't happened some company may hire even people wont have experience. So, in my view qualified people with experience is good but only experience people is not good as an employee.

Question

When it comes to applying for a job, your qualification, no matter how good it might be, is not enough. In most places, you are asked about your work experience and it is one of the important criteria. Do you think experience is really that important? Or can experience be gotten as you work? Explain
