one thing to be considered is although we have the talent of anything or we possess any good or best sorts of quality but until and unless we have the passion we can't direct our talent or quality to achieve certain goal or further succeed in life. further if we have [passion of doing something then automatically we develop the talent within us to achieve the desired objective or a set of goal. suppose if we take an example of those students who fight for IIT exams, even the average students keep on trying, they study and labor hard.ultimately those students securing 65-75 % marks in their intermediate exams also succeed in getting admission in the IIT college. so here we find that all that was possible due to passion in oneself. the determination of achieving the desired goal.

In my opinion Talent qualify you for the job and passion determines your success. Not seen and read about the success story of a person only having the talent and not a passion. But offcourse talent should be there to get into the job before you show your passion. I believe that extremely talented and highly passionate person in tandom is capable of making the history. I want to take the recent example of one Football coach which I admire a lot. If you are the football freak you will definetly agree with me, the person is Jose Mourinho.

Actually both passion as well as talent is needed to become a successful person. If any of the quality is not in the person then they won't become a successful person. Simply we can taken as the example of Dhirubhai Ambani of Ambani Group. He has got talent as well as passion both if we won't take passion at past then he wouldn't be able to achieve this goal for his children. Till this time i have not experienced any such of the cases but i have seen many more. So, i think that both qualities should be there to become a successful person.
