to me ,there is no age bar or right age for using mobile if he is using it as addiction because whoever using it as addiction maynot focus on his studies or work or his duties.so, for me every thing has its good and bad aspect. So people who knows the good aspect of mobile should be allowed to use mobile at any age.

In a way cell phones should be allowed in school. What would happen if the child was to get sick and can't make it to the office to contact you? They can easily pull out their cell phones and contact you and let you know. In some schools they want let you call home unless you was just down-right sick. And that's not right. But in a way they should not be allowed to have them in school cause it would be a distraction to their learning process. They would be all in class texting their friends during instructional times. So having a cell phone in school have it's goods and it's bad.

Certainly not ! Cell phones aren't part of course studies at school . Moreover , it distracts the proper attention towards studies . In many cases , it can create a huge problem for maintaining their grades at school . Guardians must need to understand that it's not an actual solution in anyways . Nevertheless , it doesn't add any colour in their life . However , it invites crime , sexual harrashment , abuse and other mental disorder inside children's mind all the day alone . Could you please keep cell phones away from your Children ?

Yes,cell phone has become a indispensable means of communication these days.In spite of its benefit people are using it in a bad manner.Parents shouldn't allow their children to use cellphone until they get fully matured because it hampers their study a lot.People are now buzz with their cellphone & doesn't know the value of time & waste it unknowingly like a flowing of water..Youths shouldn't engaged themselves in cellphone because it is more dangerous than being addicted to drugs.Cellphone also got many side affects if it is being used continuously like BRAIN TUMOR,BRAIN CANCER etc.It will make our future dark if not used properly. So,now i think you all are not going to be engaged with your cellphones & know the value of time.ARE YOU??????

For the last few years, cell phones have gained wide popularity in our country. Be it a school going child or a seventy years old man, cell phones seems to be a hot-cake for all. It is irrefutable that introduction of cell phones and the latest reduction of call-tariff have facilitated the communication purpose but its effect on young children has not yet been considered. There are lot of common complaints from parents about their children spending too much time using their cell phones and shoutings like "if i find u again looking at your phone during your study hours, i will break it into two!!" are frequently heard in almost every house where children are carrying cellphones. Some parents might find it convenient to provide their children with cell phones for security purpose, but in most of the cases, it is the coaxing and insistence from children's side that parents finally purchase cell phones for them. Anyone using GPRS internet over cell phone knows that young children now have access to prurient websites and chat rooms in their hands. Many of them spend sleepless nights chatting on chat sites like mig33 and ebuddy. Needless to say,the conversation during night is usually sexually provocative thereby causing premature curiosities about amorous relationship. The late night chatting and conversing with opposite sex is leading to the degeneration of moral qualities and physical health. A young student, if doesnot sleep well will definitely not be able to concentrate in his studies. This will further lead their future to jeopardy. Parents/guardians should allow their children to possess a cell phone only after class twelve. They should be at least 18 years old before they are allowed to own their personal phones.

So in other to make them active and to get the information they use the mobile phone by which they can pass the messages among the friends. Even it's easy to fine the parents or children where they are. Even in exam time they can get some information or help from the friend about the topic.

There shouldn't be the age boundary in the usage of gadgets as it can act as an indigenous equipment. The proper instruction need to be directed to the youngsters and school going students so as to inhibit the misuse of it.Time to time invigilation of the children need to be done for effective usage of it.As the cell phones has got varied advantages,it should be preferred to all age groups who can utilise its benefits in real life.

This is the topic to discuss these days. The cell phones are the sign of technology that is becoming a basic need in day to day life but the fact that even school going children are focusing on its use is seen as a burning problem. But its not a totally a big problem at all. Some may need them like for updating the news over the net, some to have anytime contact with their parents and close ones. Often they need it incase of emergency works with friends. The use of cell by children should not be seen as a great problem at all but parents should care that what their child are doing with the gadgets. The children should be made aware for the wise use of the technology. This problem cannot be solved by not restricting the children to use the technology. They of course have the right to technology. So they should be made aware of using their gadgets wisely by their parents and elders.
