Developed countries were already developed great opportunities lies in developing countries.Entrepreneurship is the most sure way of development, job creation,GDP growth and long term productivity. There is no ,exact formula for creating an entrepreneurial economy ;there is only ,if imperfect road maps.Goverment can't do everything on its own but there is need to create strong healthy entrepreneurship ecosysteam, which consists of a set of individual elements such as leadership, culture ,capital market ,open-minded customers-that combine in complex ways and there is need to trasform a brain-drain into brain gain.An educated ,self-confident nad achieving generation can see the power of its own genious at work in it's own land as a culture of entrepreneurship transform country's fortunes ,creating a new future for the children. So youths are change agent they have to create opportunities.Countries entrepreneurship is built upon a legacy of "Fishing when the fish are there ,not when the weather is good" Ashish Aryal Bansbari, kathmandu

As my view ,youth are not getting employment due to the government undesigned policies..only powerful person and who have lot of money can get employment and study is valueless in nepal.although youths have execellent qualification for goood job they should have enough money.............its due to corruption..if government can control coruption then only youth can get good job if not then..

Nation cannot be blamed alone for this unemployment issue as there are still so many youngsters lagging the knowledge of technical ares which is most required in this generation. If a person has enough concept about the educational as well as periphery then it is obvious then he wont be rejected.so a person need to explore oneself to optimum level for the better outcome.

I think nobody in te world are unqualified. Even Stefan Hawkins, whose whole body is paralyzed, is contributing a lot for the scientific discoveries. Educated and non educated manpower are equally the real need of the country for its reconstruction. But the thing which is unqualified is the rotten mind of the current political leaders who always fight for nose. the most important thing we should do to create opportunity for ourselves is to forget about the affnity for foreign countries and devote our life for skilled or unskilled work. until and unless we work hard, no opportunity can be created.

Although many youth are educated but they aren't getting good job in the present context of Nepal. But in my view,in spite of blaming the other they should be self capable to create the job. Many example are there, where people create their own job.Bill Gates gave job to thousand of people in spite of blaming others. It is true that government should provide the environment for job but it's not the all criteria.Opportunity don't come with knocking the door but one should know to grab it from the ocean. With outstanding performance surely the job will come to their hand.Only blaming policymaker and government isn't the right way to take out hand from their responsibilities. So,my suggestion to the today's youth is don't just blame others but be in capable to take the responsibilities and surely there is no any obstacle to block your success path..

In the context of present Nepal situation what i think is that, there are several reasons that create a big question mark in the field of employment. lets take an example of the political situation. neither the government is settled nor the politicians have the habit of standing on what they say. politicians are busy pulling their legs of each other. In fact , they are so busy that they pretend to be blind in order to snatch the power and chair. there are opportunities where people may get a chance to work yet due to lack of desired qualification they lack behind. there is a main problem of corruption. without the source and force its nearly impossible to get anything in own capabilities. there are people of different natures. some people may have a limited knowledge yet work good if trained whereas some are highly skilled and talented. An employer should select people with their inner talents after observing them. government should also create some situations where people can get a job of their choice. i think, the main problem is instability in government policies and politics, lack of qualifications, lack of trainings and pre-education, cut-throat competition that has caused unemployment problem. Therefore, todays youths should be more focused on their career and aim so that they can sharpen their talents, give their best to get the best.

In my opinion i think there is no proper placement of the job i.e right people on the right place. We can't blame our rules and regulation because they are made for the betterment of our contry but the people who are responsible for the implementation of the rules and regulation are not working actively. We can say that in between this the corruption plays the vital role and the managenment of the companies are also responsible for stopping the youth to come forward because they better prefer their own people then other local people. They might be also afraid with the system now that are arising and that is groupism. Nowdays we also can blame the system of education as well because political situation is affecting so much students are more participating in extra activities that are conducts by our politician more than their education activities. This may be also the main reason that the students are not able to get the opportunity to uplift the capacity that they posses that is why also students are ready to go abroad for further studies though they know that they are goin to suffer.

according to me i think the reason for the high unemployment rate is due to both issue that are mentioned above.first of all people aren't getting the opportunities despite of their excellent qualification and i would like to blame this prevailing activities because of nepotism, use of thumb of rules by the management especially HR team and there are many area that needs to be improvised in the employment scenario of nepal and another reason is the inefficiency, incompetency of the youth themselves, youth here aren't serious about their career, about their future so it is must for everyone to lead them in the right track, making them realize their duties, making them aware about their responsibilities towards them, families and the nation.

Well, I opine that we can't blame just the government or authorities for that. It all depends upon the youths that whether they can be employed or not. As far as I am concerned, youths should be responsible and concerned over this matter as they should make themselves potential and capable to create opportunities for themselves. Having outstanding qualifications can't hold it alone. They should be smart, dashing, confident and creative. Sum of these virtues and qualifications will certify good jobs with reliable income. For this, youths should make themselves involved in all the possible activities so that the confidence level in them overflows. That's what i expect from all of my senior siblings.

Question

The high rate of unemployment among the youth has become a major issue for our nation. Often the insensitivity of the government and the policymakers are blamed for this. Do you think youth are unemployed despite possessing excellent qualifications? Or they are unemployed because they are not qualified enough? What should the youth do to create opportunity for themselves?
