Khanal was found to have used the letter of the National Sports Council (NSC) with forged signature of NSC Member Secretary Yubaraj Lama to apply for the South Korean visas to attend the November 4 congress of Baseball Federation of Asia in Seoul. KATHMANDU: The cabinet meeting on Monday endorsed the proposal of National Sports Council (NSC) to organise the sixth National Games from February 26 to March 4, next year in Kailali and Kanchanpur districts of Far-western Development Region. KATHMANDU: The Nepali national football team will be looking to put a solace when they take on Malaysian Olympic Team (U-23) in a friendly match at the MPPJ Stadium in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday. HAMBANTOTA; Participating in the first international tournament, Nepali Equestrian team won another silver medal in the first South Asian Beach Games here today.
The Nepali team of Tribhuvan Army Club athletes Khad Bahadur Karki, Dhruba Prasad Aryal, Lila Bahadur Kunwar and Khil Dhwoj Khadka finished second in the Indian File (sword) event.
