CEDB in sixth year
KATHMANDU: Clean Energy Development Bank (CEDB) has entered into sixth years of its operation. The development bank has invested in more than 13 hydropower projects and expanded its branch network to seven providing full fledged banking services, said the class B financial institution that currently has a paid up capital of Rs 521.1 million, Rs 4.4 billion deposit and Rs 4 billion loans and posted gross profit of Rs 174 million at the end of last fiscal year.

EBL 17th AGM
KATHMANDU: Everest Bank Ltd (EBL) will be conducting its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29. The bank’s decision of distributing 50 per cent cash dividend and 10 per cent bonus shares to the shareholders will be endorsed by the AGM of the bank that has been able to earn operating profit of Rs 1.5 billion in the last fiscal year. Its total deposit has reached Rs 41 billion.
