KATHMANDU: They belong to today’s Kathmandu which is the generation where most youth prefer to go aboard as they have big dreams and desires. This story sounds is of Visa Girl, an upcoming Nepali film.
The film stars Reecha Sharma, Vinay Shrestha, Karma, Ramon Das Shrestha, Reema Biswakarma, Saloni Rajbhandari and Menuka Pradhan.
And the official promo and two songs — Jaha Teke and Ekai Chhin Ma — of the film were launched on August 15 at Attic, Lazimpat.
It was also announced that the movie will be released on September 28.
“It is a ‘feel good movie’ with light social humour,” stated director Prachanda Man Shrestha about his movie which he believed “will get space in industry where there are audience for all genres of movies”.
As per the director, Visa Girl has been made with a mature approach and different style of presentation which can be experienced in dialogue to editing.
Based on social reality, the movie is first presentation of CG Entertainment and Shrestha is making his directorial debut with it.
It’s a movie on youth and “one can identify with each character,” mentioned Shrestha. And the movie has been given dimension with romantic number Ekai Chhin Ma in singer Santosh Lama’s voice while other song Jaha Teke is a fun song.
