POKHARA: A child died after he drowned in a pond at Pokhara Sub-Metropolitan-12.
The deceased has been identified as six-year old Bibek Nepali of Rambachchha in Syangja district, according to the District Police office, Kaski.
The incident took place when he was swimming in the pond.
Similarly, a man around 40-years old was found dead at a canal near Rato Paira in Pokhara.
Identity of the deceased has not been ascertained yet.
