Teachers vandalise DEO

MAHENDRANAGAR: CPN-Maoist affiliated All-Nepal Teacher Organisation vandalised the District Education Office in Kanchanpur on Tuesday. The teachers were protesting against the unlawful appointment of superintendents. The agitating teachers started vandalising the DEO while the training session of superintendents was under way at the DEO. Paramananda Nath, in-charge of the teachers organisation said, "The CDO randomly appointed the superintendents going against the examination directory for the appointment." Meanwhile, DEO Rakesh Shreevastav denied the charges.
