KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress has proposed to promulgate constitution by incorporating agreed issues among parties, and to take those not agreed to transformed parliament.

This proposal was forwarded by the meeting of central members and central officials of the party held at the residence of party president Sushil Koirala.

Informing about the meeting, Vice President Ram Chandra Paudel said they are still discussing and hold the view that provinces should be on the basis of multi-identity and capability.

Likewise, Central Member Gagan Thapa said they had brought new alternative to go to people with 14-state proposed by UCPN-Maoist and Madhesi Front and 13-state by Congress in the schedule of the constitution.
