KATHMANDU: To counter the slated mass meeting of NC and UML for Friday, nineteen political parties including the UCPN-Maoist and the UDMF are all set to organise a grand interaction today.

The interaction will be among personalities from several sections of society on Tuesday afternoon to inform the people what actually happened during the last-hour negotiations that led to the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly.

At a time when nation is badly in need of political consensus, polarization has been afflicting the parties since the demise of CA on May 27.

Today’s grand interaction programmed at Yak and Yeti hotel wherein the coalition partners are likely to reiterate that NC and UML obstructed the new constitution making process against the people’s sentiments and aspirations, will supposedly take special initiatives for political consensus to end the present political uncertainty in the country.

According to Chandra Dev Joshi of CPN-United, today’s interaction has been called to give the nation a way out by holding talks.
