KATHMANDU: Here’s a piece of good news for all short films lovers as ‘Crossed Views’ starts from May 11. It is a screening of award-winning Nepali and French short films that will continue till May 13 at Yala Maya Kendra, Patan Dhoka.
Crossed Views will highlight one of the three common topics of 10 French and five Nepali short films selected for screening — youth, relationship and humanity — each day, as per a press release issued by The Alliance Française in Kathmandu (AFK). The movies are in original version with English
subtitles.
The release also stated that the screening will end with an interaction with a special guest who will discuss on the topic of the day. They include — film director Tsering Rhitar Shrepa and director Sandesh Pradhan, among others. This event of short films is being hosted by AFK and AADI production, with the support of New Nepali Cinema and Highway.
The entrance is free and the screening will take place from 4:00 pm.
