KATHMANDU: Security personnel on Friday night arrested seven persons with pistols from Kalanki in the capital.

They were nabbed from Rajesh Hardware with handguns, police said.

Arrestees have been identified as Suman Bhandari of Gunja Nagar in Chitwan Sugat Maharjan, Kavi Rijal, Robin Shrestha, Suman Lama, Saroj Lama, and Sagar KC.

Police have also impounded a Pulsar bike(Ba 44 Pa 5623) owned by them.

Further investigation into the case is underway.
