DHULIKHEL: Govinda Bahadur Thapa, a resident of Panauti Municipality-4 Dhaneswor warned on Thursday he would immolate himself at night on May 28 at 12:15 am in front of the CA building along with a copy of the constitution if the country is carved into ethno federal states. Chhetri is chairman of National Federation of Kavre. He said the country would lose communal harmony if it is federated on the basis of ethnicity. Thapa was talking to mediapersons in Banepa.
