SC stays ordinance on state facilities to VVIPs

KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a stay order against the ordinance brought to provide the lifelong facilities to the former VVIPs from the state coffer.
In the order, a single bench of Justice Tahir Ali Ansari directed the government not to implement the government decision regarding the state facilities till the final verdict is made in the writ petition filed against the ordinance.
