President Running Shield Contest begins

DHANGADHI: A three-day Far-West Regional level President Running Shield Competition kicked off Saturday with the slogan of 'Sports for Health, Sports of Nation'.
Sportspersons of all districts of the far-west region are taking part in the competition. According to Far-West Regional Sports Development Committee, athletics and volleyball would be held in the competition.
UCPN-Maoist leader and former minister Lekhraj Bhatta inaugurated the competition amidst a function today.
