Poudel welcomes Mahasamiti decision

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress parliamentary party leader Ram Chandra Poudel welcomed the decision made by the Mahasamiti meeting for collective leadership in the party on Thursday at Tri Chandra Campus, Kathmandu.
Speaking to journalists in a programme organised to honour the members of the Mahasamiti meeting by a sister organisation of NC he said that the decision of the Mahasamiti is the beginning of neo democracy.
He also added that the decision has democratised their party internally and he assured that it would make the party more united.
Earlier NC leaders Arju Deuba, Sher Bahadur Deuba and Sujata Koirala had organised a tea party, cocktail party and dinner party respectively to honour the members of the Mahasamiti.
