Police detain five with weapons

RAJBIRAJ: Police made public five persons arrested with different weapons from Rajbiraj, at a press conference in Saptari on Friday.
According to the District Police Office of Saptari, Shankar Kumar Yadav of Portaha, Mukesh Kumar Yadav of Trikol VDC, Manish Kumar Yadav of Portaha, Amarendra Prasad Yadav of Barahibirpur, Anil Kumar Yadav of Gamhariya Prabaha were arrested with two pistols, 11 rounds of short gun bullets among other weapons hidden at a house in Rajbiraj. A police team headed by Sub-Inspector Manoj Raut of the Ward Police Office of Rajbiraj had been able to detain the persons today acting on a tip off.
