Paddy harvesting campaign

RATNAGAR: Activists of the UML-affiliated Democratic National Youth Federation in Ratnanagar, Chitwan have started paddy harvesting campaign under their district committee to be involved in at least one constructive activity every month.

District president of the federation Prakash Dhungana said the campaign will last for two weeks. It was launched by harvesting paddy crop of Bajaha Chaudhary at Ratnanagar-3. The youth activists have been charging Rs 4,000 wage for harvesting paddy crop of one bigah of land. Twenty-five youths are involved in the campaign.
