KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai is due to address nation this night over crisis looming large on the fate of the Constituent Assembly (CA) after parties failed to agree on the new constitution.
The deadline to promulgate the new constitution ends at 12 o'clock.
PM is scheduled to address the nation at 11:45 pm after announcing the date of fresh elections to President Dr Ram Baran Yadav.
Meanwhile, the media personnel have been invited at the prime minister's official residence in Baluwatar "for a press conference."

The Cabinet has decided to hold fresh elections of CA on November 22, 2012 as the alternative to deal with the situation following CA dissolution.
