Deuba asserted that the NGOs are stronger than the the party of the ruling government. That is patently misleading. NGOs may be more well-funded, but that dfoes not mean they are stronger. Sharan Maahat soundslike an alrmist when he says that NGOs are keeing indigenous peoples down for the purpose of their own scholarly studies. Could he please site even one example of this? Deuba and the NC continue to pull strings to unseat the current government whilee they have no answer to the country's problems, except to contiinue to steal poor people of Nepal blind. The stink of great shame is upon Deuba,Koirala and the entire NC. Their assertion that the country is in crisis because no constitution has been promulgated is offal. The US did not create it's constitution for eleven years. Suraj Rajbhandhari, Putali Sadak

Deuba's emphasis on NGOs is quinete telling as it is tied to a call for a new consensus government to promulgate the Constitution. The plan of the NC and cpn-UML is to find a mechanism to present a new constitution to the president of the country, thereby sidestepping and minimalizing the the current PM. The NGOs are obviously the mechanism being brought forth by Deuba, People should be wary of all tricks being proposed by these so-called "senior leaders" of discredited political parties. Nothing good for poor people will ever come out of their mouths. parbati lama, Boston, USA
