LONDON: Tantrum queen Naomi Campbell celebrated her 42nd birthday yesterday in Jesus’s birthplace — calling for Middle East peace, reported British daily the Sun on Wednesday.
The supermodel toured Palestinian city Bethlehem where she lit candles in the Church of the Nativity.
Naomi, flanked by minders, said she hoped for an end to bloodshed in the region.
She added: “I’m happy to be here. Weapons and war, greed and oil ... I hope it all stops. I care about health, about good vibrations, not destruction.”
Her visit sparked rumours she was to wed Russian billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin, 50, after she left her hotel in a white dress.
