NA diffuses bomb in Birgunj

BIRGUNJ: A bomb disposal team of the Nepali Army on Saturday has diffused a socket bomb planted near the office of Consulate General of India based in Birgunj.
The bomb had been planted behind the showroom of Rishi Auto Bajaj and New Chandra Traders this afternoon.
The bomb was diffused at 5:05 pm.
Further investigation into the incident is underway.
