KATHMANDU: The government spokesperson, Raj Kishor Yadav, on Tuesday warned of stern action if the opposition parties went against the fresh elections in the name of agitation.

Also the leader of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum-Republican, Minister for Information and Communications Yadav said that only caretaker Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai could be replaced only if a new government was formed through the new elections or the Nepali Congress and the CPN-UML were ready to agree upon the issues of new constitution including the 10-state model for state-restructuring.

He was speaking at a media interaction organised by the Reporters Club in Putalisadak.

He dubbed the stance of NC and CPN-UML as airy and claimed that the parties were protesting the elections fearing of defeat.

As the opposition political parties are planning massive protest soon to sweep PM Bhattrai from power the Raj Kishor Yadav minister should make good on his words and mobilize the police and army to deploy at the time of agitation and have them do repeated lathi charges to beat the cadres senseless. The leaders of these traitorous parties should then be thrown in jail with common criminals. The country of Nepal is in too much trouble to put up with this kind of agitation. It is time for Bhattrai to slaughter the opposition to him and make the constitution, build the hydro projects, build the railroad and modernize the airport. He will then be hero of the Nepali people who will have electricity, freedom, jobs and an international airport they can be proud of. Get to work Raj Kishor Yadav.
