In reference to the protest program of the Maoists, I am amazed to see the latest political development taking place in the country. On one hand we have leaders who repeatedly vow to make things right through dialogue and on the other hand we have the same politicians who announce various protest programs aimed at paralyzing the nation. Never in my life have I come across a solution that creates more problems. For example, what a way to protest unemployment by shutting down businesses that provide employment to thousands of youths! Another case in point is the shutting down of educational institutions and forcing students to take part in rallies and for what, For Better Education! Wow! And then we have Maoists aligned cine workers who plan on promoting Nepali flicks not by creating quality original ones but by limiting foreign entertainment. Bravo! Keep on pushing the country backwards and keep on promising the general populace of a New Nepal. I hate to say this but the King’s direct rule was much better than this chaos.
