SALYAN: Dev Bahadur Basnet of Mulkhola- 4 in Salyan district has been found dead.
Basnet, 40, had left his home at around 8:00 pm on Saturday citing his intention to cut timber in the nearby jungle, but did not return home till midnight.
His kin and locals found him dead in the jungle and informed the police about this.
Basnet was a teacher at a local primary school. Though the reason of his death has not been confirmed yet, he might have died after falling from a cliff, said the District Police Office, Salyan.
