LONDON: Gorgeous Kelly Brook strips down to her undies to reveal the secret of her fine body - plenty of sex, reported British daily The Sun on Tuesday.
Model Kelly, 32, said: "I walk everywhere and have steam room sessions to get rid of toxins. And plenty of sex - it's a great cardio workout!"
She also thinks girls should be happy to embrace their curves, saying: "Push 'em up!"
Kelly - posing in her new lingerie range for high street chain New Look - has been dating lucky rugby hunk Thom Evans, 26, for over a year.
