DHANKUTA: One elderly man died when struck by lightning accompanied by rain in Belhara VDC of Dhankuta Wednesday night.
Tek Bahadur Karki, 74, of Belhara – 5, died while he was sleeping in the house.
A buffalo was also injured in the lightning in the house.
