Lawmaker Nepali calls SC verdict faulty

BARDIBAS: Constituent Assembly (CA) Lawmaker and the central member of Terai Madhes Loktantrik Party Ganesh Nepali accused the Supreme Court (SC) of interfering in the rights of the Legislature-Parliament by making political verdict in the context of the term of Constituent Assembly.
The SC has forgotten its responsibility by making a political verdict instead of constitutional and legal one regarding the CA term, said Nepali amidst a function in Jaleshwor today.
Minister Nepali arrived here to inaugurate three-day cricket umpire training.
As many as 25 persons from Mahottari, Dhanusha, and Sarlahi districts have been participating in the training.
