SINGAPORE: With earning popularity in Indian film industry, Kamal Haasan, the veteran Tamil actor is all set to enter into international cinema. He is making his Hollywood debut with The Lord Of The Rings producer Barrie Osborne who hopes to say an Indian story in Hollywood style.

Haasan and Osborne declared their association at the ongoing IIFA, International Indian Film Academy weekend in Singapore. Hassan is eagerly looking forward to work with Osborne. He was surprised on his Hollywood debut saying even if we put a lot of effort, we are not definite about our good work. Now, Hassan has realised his excellence as Osborne, one of the excellent persons in the film world, has approached him.

Osborne hinted his new project with Hassan will have a mix of western and Indian sensibilities.

They have planned to narrate the Indian tradition and history in Hollywood style. He says Hassan is a cinema encyclopaedia. He got a chance to meet him, when he came to Hollywood for his new movie Vishwaroopam. He was called to see the movie and was impressed by his talents.

When asked about the project Hassan said that they are planning the work. As the project deals

with the international subject,

they have decided to work together. Hassan has also said that he would even direct the film, if Osborne wants him to.
