KATHMANDU: Indian foreign secretary Nirupama Rao is scheduled to visit Nepal in mid-January. According to the Prime Minister’s Press Adviser Bishnu Rijal, Indian foreign secretary Rao will arrive Kathmandu on January 18 on a three-day official visit. Rao is likely to meet President Dr Ram Baran Yadav, Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, other ministers, senior government officials and leaders of political parties, including chief of the opposition Unified CPN-Maoist party Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
