KATHMANDU: Two separate memoranda of understanding have been signed on Friday regarding Indian assistance worth Rs 3.47 crores to be granted to two schools of Dadeldhura and Tanahun districts, said the Indian Embassy in a press release.
A financial assistance worth Rs 2.39 crores will be provided to Shree Durga Higher Secondary School, Alital, Dadeldhura and the remaining Rs 1.08 crores to Aadikabi Bhanubhakta Multiple Campus, Damauli, Tanahun for their infrastructural development, the release read.
Responding to requests from respective DDCs and beneficiary organisations, these projects, as part of more than 350 large and small projects in various sectors with an outlay of over NRs.2570 crores, will be implemented as small development projects under the India-Nepal Economic Cooperation Programme, the release said.
