POKHARA: Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana has said the leadership of the three major parties should be brought to judgment of history if the new constitution was not made by May 27.
At a press meet organised by the RPP-Kaski, he said if the parties could not draft constitution within the period of four years it will be judged that they have sinned the nation.
The country has been pushed towards confusion and uncertainty day after day because of the partisan interests as they had no farsightedness and intellect in leadership.
Although the prime minister boarded a Mustang vehicle in the name of austerity, the formation of 48-member cabinet, advisors that could fill the whole airport and guest expenses of the prime minister more than Rs 10 million a month has proved his slogans void, the RPP chairman said.
