Envoys call on Prez Yadav

KATHMANDU: Diplomats of various countries including European Union on Wednesday have called on President Dr Ram Baran Yadav at the latter's residence in Sheetal Niwas in Maharajgunj.
The diplomats who met with the President included Dr Alexander Spachis from European Union, Asko Juhaani Luukkainen from Finland, Alf Arne Ramslien from Norway, Verena Grafin Von Roedern from Germany. Also present in the meeting were John Tucknott from United Kingdom, Jean Charles Demarquis from France,Thomas Gass from Switzerland and Charge d'Affairs Maria Ana Petrera from Denmark.
The envoys and the President have discussed current political situations in the meeting, said President's spokesperson Hari Kumar Shrestha.
