Deuba back home

KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister and senior leader of the Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba today returned from his whirlwind tour in India.

During his stay in New Delhi, Deuba met Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and senior government officials and party leaders.

Talking to mediapersons upon his arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Deuba said the talks with the Indian leaders focussed mainly on bilateral issues. "India wants to see progress in constitution drafting and peace process in Nepal," he said.
