KATHMANDU: Following the failure of the different committees under the Constituent Assembly to submit their proposals within the assigned time frame, the work schedule for the statute drafting process was amended for the seventh time on Wednesday. State Restructuring Committee, Ruling Structure Establishment Committee, Natural Infrastructure Committee, State Division Committee and the constitutional committee had not yet submitted their drafts including their views.
