GUWAHATI: Gaurav Jyoti Neog, reporter of city-based News Live channel, who had filmed the July 9 molestation of a 20-year-old girl here, was arrested on Friday on the charge of instigating the attack on her. The arrest came a day after the Guwahati High Court rejected his anticipatory bail plea. Team Anna member Akhil Gogoi had accused Neog of orchestrating the molestation of the girl before a bar.
