KATHMANDU: The government has reshuffled 33 Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) officers in different locations on Thursday.
They have been reshuffled to different zones, Police headquarters, National Police Academy, Police Training Centre, Metropolitan Police Crime Investigation Department, Metropolitan Police Range Metropolitan Traffic Police Division, Narcotic Drugs Control Law Enforcement Unit, Tribhuvan International Airport, Nepal Police Academy, Metropolitan Police Commissioner's Office Maharajgunj, Administrative Department at the Police Headquarters and Police Welfare Fund.
The list of transferred Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) includes SSP Ramesh Kharel’s transfer to the Bagmati Zonal Police Office. Similarly, SSP Keshari Raj Ghimire in Mechi zone, Yadavraj Khanal in Koshi zone, Bhog Bahadur Thapa in Sagarmatha zone, Shiva Lamichhane in Janakpur, Sarvendra Khanal to Narayani zone, Kedarman Singh Bhandari to Gandaki zone, Milan Basnet to Dhaulagiri zone, Mingmar Lama to Lumbini zone, Ganesh Bahadur Gurung to Karnali zone, Uttam Bahadur Singh to Rapti zone, Madhu Prasad Pudasaini to Bheri zone, Lab Bista to Seti zone, Chabilal Joshi to Mahakali zone.
Likewise, SSP Rana Bahadur Chand to Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Range. Also, Bijaylal Kayastha has been transferred to the Metropolitan Police Crime Investigation Department, Subodh Ghimire to Narcotic Drugs Control Law Enforcement Unit, Hemanta Bahadur Pal in Metropolitan Police Commissioner's Office, Madhav Prasad Joshi will take charge in Metropolitan Traffic Police Division, Ramesh Prasad Phuyal in Tribhuvan International Airport, Govinda Prasad Niroula in Nepal Police Academy Maharajgunj, Pashupati Upadhayay in Police Welfare Fund, Pankaj Shrestha to Administrative Department at the Police Headquarters.
Likewise, other ten also have been transferred to the various departments.
