Trio arrested over assault

KATHMANDU: Police have rounded up three persons including Bishnu Basnet, 36, of Handigaun of Kathmandu for their involvement in assault.
Police said they thrashed 49-year-old Keshav Prasad Gajurel of Chapalibhadrakali-8 black and blue under the influence of alcohol on Thursday. Seriously injured Gajurel, who at first was hospitalised at Anamol Hospital, has been referred to Maharajganju-based Teaching Hospital for further treatment.
