2 teenagers held for theft

KATHMANDU: Ashish Limbu (16) of Sitapaila and Uttam Waiba (16) of Kavre were caught red-handed by the locals while stealing the battery of a vehicle at Sitapaila on Friday.
Locals had assaulted them and handed to the ward police office.
Further investigation into the incident is underway.
