How many of the 35,000 civil servants failed to pay the 5,000 rupee fine? What happened to the money that was collected. What use was it put toward? We need to have completely transparent CIAA. Just the headlines doesn'tmean much if there is no follow-up. Come on Himalayan Times, what is the outcome of this story? This is exactly what Nepal needs to make sure the civil service don't always have their hand out for the most basic service that comes to their desk. We need to know what their properties are. If they have more properties and greater lifestyle then we know they are the corrupt ones and should have all properties confiscated and be thrown in jail. Just the headline is not enough.
