12 kg chickpeas
Fresh lemon juice
Salt, black grind pepper
Place dried chickpeas in a bowl, covering with cold water. Allow to soak overnight.
Cook the chickpeas for 20 min. in pressure cooker, it should be swollen and soft.
Put in a mixer and grind it.
Add few spoons of tahini, until it gets creamy.
Add fresh lemon juice according to your taste.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve with pita bread or nan.
