In other countries there is an age limit to enter pubs or buy alcoholic drinks — one has to be 21 in most countries. Nepal, on the other hand, has no such rules, or even if such rules do exist, majority of us flout it. Do you think having such rules will really control underage drinking and reckless partying? Or that the goings-on will carry on because our authorities are too weak and lenient to make the rules stick, even if it means denying the facilities to children of the rich and powerful?
