Discussing handover, is not actually a handover. It can be a ploy to buy time. However, given out tradition of the political parties, in holding on to chairmanship for life, and preventing the rise of the younger generation within all the political parties, this news in incredible. Yet if Dahal Baje does relinquish his post, unprecedented though it be, he will be making a great contribution in the party politics of this country. Lets wait to see what actually happens.
